Event Information

4. Event Organizers

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information and for delivering their events as described.

Ekaya may provide tools for organizers to create and manage events but is not responsible for the organizer's conduct or the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of an event.

5. Payments and Refunds

Where payments are processed through Ekaya, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges.

Refunds, cancellations, and changes may be subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the particular event.

If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, Ekaya or the event organizer may provide information about available refund or alternative arrangements.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Event organizers may cancel, reschedule, or modify events in accordance with applicable laws and their stated event policies.

Ekaya may also cancel or restrict bookings where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical issues, or violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ekaya name, logo, website, software, design, and other platform content are owned by or licensed to Ekaya and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without permission.

Event organizers retain responsibility for and ownership of content they submit to the platform, subject to the rights granted to Ekaya to operate and promote the Service.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content to Ekaya, you must have the right to submit that content and must not submit anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing.

By submitting content, you grant Ekaya permission to use, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Service.
